Important Policy Summary

  • No Refunds: All payments are converted to credits for future use if cancelled.
  • Copyright: JNP Photography retains ownership of all images.
  • License: Your marketing license expires when the property sells or after 12 months.
  • No Resale: Photos cannot be sold or transferred to other agents.
  • Arrival Window: Photographer may arrive 15-30 minutes before or after scheduled time.
